A Gathering of Men Unlike Any Other
This is something we've been building toward for over ten years. For the third year running, Larry (The Dad Edge) and Ryan (Order of Man) have joined forces to put on an experience unlike anything else out there. We built it with one goal in mind: to help you learn from and connect with other men who are serious about becoming better husbands, fathers, business owners, and leaders in their communities.
The Experience
We're bringing men together for three days just outside St. Louis, MO. You'll stand shoulder to shoulder with men who truly get it, learn from guys who've walked the path, and leave with what you need to thrive.
The Mission
This isn't a conference. We built these three days to hand you the tools and the brothers you need to make the most of your life. We're going to push you past your comfort zone so you can build the life you want.
The package
From Thursday check-in to Sunday wrap up, we've got everything handled. Every session, every workout, your food, your lodging, and all the gear is covered. Just get yourself out to the ranch and we'll take care of the rest.
The speakers
You won't just hear from the two of us. We're flying in men we trust and respect to be in the room with you the whole time. Every one of them is here to share what's actually worked and pour into you man to man.
The activities
Every man here gets in the arena, wherever he's starting from. You'll sweat shoulder to shoulder, push past where you thought you'd quit, and learn what you're made of. You set the pace and we'll meet you there.

Larry Hagner, The Dad Edge - The founder of The Dad Edge, an organization dedicated to helping men, husbands, and fathers with the necessary skills to navigate fatherhood. He is also the host of the Dad Edge Podcast where he has interviewed 1,000+ high-caliber guest in order to unpack what makes them a success.
Ryan Michler, Order of Man - The founder of Order of Man, a men’s movement dedicated to re-establishing masculinity and manliness. He hosts the Order of Man Podcast which has featured guests like David Goggins, Terry Crews, and Dave Ramsay. He is also the author of Sovereignty: The Battle For the Hearts and Minds of Men .
Dewayne Noel - The founder of Dry Creek Wrangler School. As a husband and father committed to personal responsibility, growth, and service, he believes that strong men build strong families, communities, and the future. His message of resilience and commitment have been viewed globally over 100,000,000 million times.
Connor Beaton - The founder of ManTalks, an international men's movement dedicated to the personal and professional growth of men. He is the author of the best-selling book Men's Work and hosts a top-ranked podcast, drawing on Jungian psychology to help men end self-sabotage and find freedom.
Rick Trimmer - Owner in Real Business Owners, a results-focused community of entrepreneurs. Owner of 18 companies and 12 airbnbs. From homeless in the 2008 recession to retired at age 36 and full-time world travel the last 9 years to 89 countries and all 50 states with his wife and 4 kids.
Kipp Sorensen - A seasoned executive and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience helping leaders build thriving cultures and high-performing teams. His focus is teaching that real leadership begins with self-leadership, rooted in service and the relentless pursuit of getting better.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH DOES THE EVENT COST?
We've worked hard to make this affordable for you. And, we've created two different packages (Standard and VIP). Each of the two packages also has a payment plan should that work better for your budget. View pricing options.
Where is the event?
We have secured a ranch 2 1/2 hours south of St. Louis, MO. It's best to fly into St. Louis and drive to the site location (you'll receive the address when you register). You'll also be added to a Facebook group so you can coordinate a ride with other attendees.
IS THIS EVENT FOR MEN ONLY?
Yes, this is a men's-only event. We've found that in order for men to truly open up and reap all of the benefits of the conversations and activities you'll be participating in, it is imperative that you're free to express yourself without the influence of women in attendance.
WILL I GET TO SPEAK WITH HOSTS, VIP GUESTS, AND PRESENTERS?
Absolutely. This is not an event where the hosts, VIP guests, and presenters hide out never to be seen or available to interact with. And, with the VIP package, you'll have even greater, exclusive access to our hosts, VIP guests, and presenters.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring comfortable clothes for 3 1/2 days including clothes for morning PT and items you don't mind getting dirty. You will receive a more detailed packing list upon registration.
WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL I BE PARTICIPATING IN?
We keep the list of activities pretty close to our chest. We don't want anyone deciding to bail knowing that a certain activity or exercise would prove to be challenging. That said, if you are physically unable to participate in an activity, we will make arrangements for you to participate at a level you're capable of.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE EXPERIENCE?
Once you get to the ranch, we've got you covered from lodging, food, and all activities. There will be absolutely zero additional out-of-pocket expenses once you arrive to our venue. And, if you opt for the VIP Package, you'll have additional access to VIP guest, lodging accommodations, and front row seating options for our presentations.
WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
Our refund policy is simple. If you give us at least a 60-day notice, we'll refund 100% of your ticket price. If you give us between a 30-59 day notice, we'll refund 50% of your ticket price. And, if you give us less than a 30-day notice, we do not offer a refund but you are free to sell or transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee.
